Money Diary Privacy Policy
This policy applies to DangNH Studio's Money Diary expense tracker Android app (package com.dangnhstudio.expensetracker). The goal is to keep your money records private, stored entirely on your device, and to be transparent about advertising.
Chính sách này áp dụng cho ứng dụng Android Sổ Chi Tiêu (Money Diary) của DangNH Studio (gói com.dangnhstudio.expensetracker). Mục tiêu là giữ dữ liệu thu chi của bạn riêng tư, lưu hoàn toàn trên thiết bị và minh bạch về quảng cáo.
Where data is stored
Your entries, amounts, notes, categories, accounts, budgets, ledgers, and settings are stored only on your device. The app has no backend server, no bank connection, and never uploads this content anywhere.
VICác khoản thu chi, số tiền, ghi chú, danh mục, tài khoản, ngân sách, sổ và cài đặt chỉ được lưu cục bộ trên thiết bị của bạn. App không có máy chủ riêng, không kết nối ngân hàng và không tải nội dung này lên đâu cả.
Passcode and biometric lock
If you turn on the passcode lock, only a salted hash of your PIN is kept on the device. Fingerprint or face unlock is handled by Android; the app never receives or stores your biometric data.
VINếu bạn bật khóa mật mã, app chỉ lưu mã băm (có muối) của PIN trên thiết bị. Mở khóa bằng vân tay hoặc khuôn mặt do Android xử lý; app không bao giờ nhận hay lưu dữ liệu sinh trắc học của bạn.
Exchange rates
Currency conversion uses reference rates built into the app or rates you enter yourself. The app does not contact any exchange-rate service.
VIQuy đổi tiền tệ dùng tỷ giá tham khảo có sẵn trong app hoặc tỷ giá bạn tự nhập. App không kết nối tới dịch vụ tỷ giá nào.
Notifications and widget
Daily reminders, budget alerts, upcoming recurring entries and the monthly summary are local notifications scheduled on your device, each with its own switch and your quiet hours. The home-screen widget reads your totals locally. No reminder or widget data leaves your device.
VINhắc nhở hằng ngày, cảnh báo ngân sách, khoản định kỳ sắp tới và tóm tắt tháng là thông báo cục bộ được đặt lịch trên thiết bị, mỗi loại có công tắc riêng và tôn trọng giờ yên lặng của bạn. Widget màn hình chính đọc số liệu cục bộ. Không có dữ liệu nhắc nhở hay widget nào rời khỏi thiết bị.
Backups and exports
CSV exports and backup files are created only when you ask, and saved to the location you choose. Where those files go afterwards (for example a cloud drive) is under your control and that service's privacy policy.
VITệp CSV và bản sao lưu chỉ được tạo khi bạn yêu cầu và lưu vào nơi bạn chọn. Việc các tệp đó đi đâu sau đó (ví dụ ổ đám mây) do bạn kiểm soát và theo chính sách của dịch vụ đó.
Advertising (Google AdMob)
The app shows banner, interstitial, app-open and rewarded ads via Google AdMob. A rewarded ad can be watched for extra free uses that last 24 hours. AdMob may collect your advertising ID, device information, approximate location and app usage data to serve and measure ads, per Google's privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy. You can opt out of personalized ads in Android Settings → Google → Ads, and, where required, change your choices in Settings → Ad privacy options.
VIApp hiển thị quảng cáo banner, xen kẽ, quảng cáo khi mở ứng dụng và quảng cáo có tặng thưởng qua Google AdMob. Bạn có thể xem quảng cáo tặng thưởng để có thêm lượt dùng miễn phí trong 24 giờ. Để phục vụ và đo lường quảng cáo, AdMob có thể thu thập mã quảng cáo, thông tin thiết bị, vị trí ước chừng và dữ liệu sử dụng app, theo chính sách tại policies.google.com/privacy. Bạn có thể tắt quảng cáo cá nhân hoá trong Cài đặt Android → Google → Quảng cáo, và khi cần, thay đổi lựa chọn trong Cài đặt → Tuỳ chọn quyền riêng tư quảng cáo.
Purchases (Google Play)
Money Diary Pro (remove ads) is sold through Google Play. Payment is handled entirely by Google Play; Money Diary only asks Play on your device whether Pro was bought. We never see your payment details.
VISổ Chi Tiêu Pro (bỏ quảng cáo) được bán qua Google Play. Việc thanh toán do Google Play xử lý hoàn toàn; Sổ Chi Tiêu chỉ hỏi Play trên máy xem bạn đã mua Pro chưa. Chúng tôi không bao giờ thấy thông tin thanh toán của bạn.
No account required
No sign-in is required. Money Diary works fully offline apart from loading ads and Google Play purchases.
VIBạn không cần đăng nhập. Sổ Chi Tiêu hoạt động hoàn toàn offline, ngoại trừ việc tải quảng cáo và mua qua Google Play.

Children's privacy
Money Diary is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Data deletion
You can delete individual entries, delete a ledger, or erase all data from Settings; uninstalling the app also removes all local data.
VIBạn có thể xoá từng khoản, xoá một sổ hoặc xoá toàn bộ dữ liệu trong Cài đặt; gỡ cài đặt app cũng xoá toàn bộ dữ liệu cục bộ.
No selling data
DangNH Studio does not sell personal data or the content you enter into Money Diary.
