Morse Code: Translator & Light Privacy Policy
This policy applies to DangNH Studio's Morse Code: Translator & Light Android app (package com.dangnhstudio.morsecode). Morse Code processes signals 100% on-device with zero audio or text uploads, and is completely transparent about advertising.

100% On-device processing — Zero audio or text uploads
Morse Code: Translator & Light is built from the ground up on a strict privacy-first architecture. All text-to-Morse and Morse-to-text translations, real-time microphone audio tone decoding (FFT and Goertzel DSP algorithms), telegraph keying, and quiz sessions execute entirely on your device using local CPU and memory. Your text, messages, and audio signals are NEVER transmitted over the internet, NEVER uploaded to any remote server, and NEVER stored on cloud services.

Toàn bộ thao tác dịch văn bản sang mã Morse, giải mã âm thanh micro thời gian thực (thuật toán số DSP Goertzel và FFT), bàn gõ điện báo và bài thi trắc nghiệm đều chạy hoàn toàn cục bộ trên thiết bị của bạn. Văn bản, tin nhắn và tín hiệu âm thanh của bạn KHÔNG BAO GIỜ bị gửi qua internet, KHÔNG BAO GIỜ bị tải lên máy chủ từ xa và KHÔNG BAO GIỜ lưu trên đám mây.
Microphone & Camera Flash permissions
Morse Code requests only permissions strictly necessary for its core features: • Microphone (RECORD_AUDIO): Used solely for real-time frequency analysis and CW audio tone decoding. Audio samples are analyzed directly in RAM and immediately discarded; they are NEVER recorded, NEVER stored as audio files, and NEVER uploaded. • Camera (CAMERA): Used exclusively to operate the device flashlight/torch for optical Morse signaling and emergency SOS blinking. The camera image sensor is NEVER activated to capture photos or record video.

Các mẫu âm thanh được tính toán trực tiếp trong RAM và giải phóng ngay lập tức; KHÔNG BAO GIỜ bị ghi âm lưu thành tệp và KHÔNG BAO GIỜ bị tải lên mạng. • Quyền Đèn Flash (CAMERA): Chỉ dùng để bật tắt đèn pin (torch) phát tín hiệu quang học và chớp đèn SOS khẩn cấp. Cảm biến hình ảnh của camera KHÔNG BAO GIỜ được bật để chụp ảnh hay quay phim.
Where your data is stored & Exported files
Translation history records and starred favorites are stored strictly locally on your device in a private SQLite/Room database. When you export Morse audio as a WAV file, the file is saved directly to your device or shared via Android's native system share sheet under your explicit control. Morse Code operates without any remote database or user tracking backend.
VILịch sử dịch và các mục yêu thích được lưu trữ hoàn toàn cục bộ trên thiết bị của bạn trong cơ sở dữ liệu SQLite/Room riêng tư. Khi bạn xuất âm thanh Morse dạng tệp WAV, tệp được lưu trực tiếp trên máy hoặc chia sẻ qua bảng chia sẻ hệ thống theo sự chủ động của bạn. Ứng dụng không có cơ sở dữ liệu từ xa hay hệ thống theo dõi người dùng.
Advertising (Google AdMob) & User Consent
Morse Code displays adaptive banner ads on select non-distracting screens (Translate, History, Learn, Settings) and occasional interstitial ads at natural completion points (completing a quiz or sharing an exported audio file) via Google AdMob to support free development. Sensitive real-time screens (Audio Decoder, Telegraph Key, and Active Quiz) are strictly ad-free. Where required by law (EEA and UK), Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) requests your consent before ads are served. AdMob may collect your advertising ID (AAID), device identifiers, coarse approximate location, and app interaction data solely to serve and measure advertisements, governed by Google's Privacy Policy at policies.google.com/privacy. You can manage or revoke consent at any time in Settings → Ad Privacy Options, or reset your Advertising ID in Android Settings → Google → Ads.
VIMã Morse hiển thị biểu ngữ quảng cáo (banner) ở các màn hình tĩnh (Dịch, Lịch sử, Học mã, Cài đặt) và quảng cáo xen kẽ khi hoàn thành bài thi Quiz hoặc sau khi chia sẻ tệp âm thanh qua Google AdMob. Các màn hình thời gian thực nhạy cảm (Giải mã micro, Bàn gõ điện báo, Đang thi trắc nghiệm) hoàn toàn không có quảng cáo. Tại các khu vực pháp lý yêu cầu (EEA và UK), nền tảng UMP của Google sẽ xin sự đồng ý của bạn. Bạn có thể thay đổi lựa chọn bất kỳ lúc nào trong Cài đặt → Tùy chọn quyền riêng tư quảng cáo.
In-App purchases (Google Play Billing)
Morse Code Pro is an optional lifetime non-consumable purchase (product id pro_lifetime) offered through Google Play Billing. Upgrading to Pro permanently removes all advertisements forever. All payment transactions are handled directly by Google Play. DangNH Studio never receives, processes, or stores your credit card, banking, or financial data.
VIGói Mã Morse Pro là tùy chọn mua một lần trọn đời (mã sản phẩm pro_lifetime) qua Google Play Billing để gỡ bỏ vĩnh viễn toàn bộ quảng cáo. Mọi giao dịch thanh toán do Google Play trực tiếp xử lý bảo mật. DangNH Studio không bao giờ nhận hay lưu trữ thông tin thanh toán của bạn.
No account required & 100% Offline
Morse Code requires no account registration, email sign-up, or social login. All translation, learning, decoding, and signaling features function completely offline without an active internet connection. Network access is used solely for Google AdMob and Google Play purchase verification.
VIỨng dụng không yêu cầu tạo tài khoản hay đăng nhập. Toàn bộ tính năng dịch, học bảng mã, giải mã âm thanh và phát tín hiệu hoạt động 100% ngoại tuyến mà không cần mạng. Kết nối internet chỉ được sử dụng cho quảng cáo AdMob và xác thực giao dịch mua hàng Google Play.
Age & Children's privacy
Morse Code is a general-audience educational and signaling utility intended for users aged 13 and older (or 18+ where required by local law). It is not directed to children under 13, and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
VIMã Morse là công cụ tiện ích giáo dục và truyền tin dành cho đối tượng từ 13 tuổi trở lên (hoặc 18+ theo quy định tại khu vực của bạn). Ứng dụng không hướng đến trẻ em dưới 13 tuổi và không cố ý thu thập thông tin từ trẻ em.
Data deletion
You can delete individual history entries or clear your entire translation history at any time inside the app. Uninstalling Morse Code permanently deletes all local history records and custom preferences from your device.
VIBạn có thể xóa từng mục hoặc xóa toàn bộ lịch sử dịch bất cứ lúc nào trong ứng dụng. Gỡ cài đặt ứng dụng sẽ xóa sạch toàn bộ dữ liệu lịch sử và cài đặt cục bộ trên máy của bạn.
No selling of data
DangNH Studio does not sell, rent, monetize, or trade your text messages, audio signals, personal information, or usage records to any third party under any circumstances.
VIDangNH Studio cam kết không bán, cho thuê hay thương mại hóa tin nhắn, tín hiệu âm thanh hoặc dữ liệu của bạn cho bất kỳ bên thứ ba nào.
