ProofFox: Timestamp GPS Camera Privacy Policy
This policy applies to DangNH Studio's ProofFox: Timestamp GPS Camera Android app (package com.dangnhstudio.prooffox). ProofFox keeps your photos and locations on your device and is clear about advertising.
Chính sách này áp dụng cho ứng dụng Android ProofFox: Timestamp GPS Camera của DangNH Studio (gói com.dangnhstudio.prooffox). ProofFox giữ ảnh và vị trí của bạn trên thiết bị và minh bạch về quảng cáo.
Where your data is stored
Photos, stamp templates, logos, projects, site folders and settings are stored only on your device. Photos are saved in Pictures/ProofFox (and inside the app for its gallery). ProofFox has no server and never uploads them.

Camera
ProofFox asks for the camera permission to take photos. The camera is used only while the camera screen is open.

Location
ProofFox asks for your location while the app is open, to print the GPS coordinates, altitude, heading and accuracy on your photos and save them in the photo's EXIF data. It does not use your location in the background. To show a street address, your coordinates are passed to Android's built-in geocoding service (provided by Google on most phones); ProofFox itself does not send or store your location anywhere else. Without the permission, photos are still taken, without location.
VIProofFox xin quyền vị trí khi app đang mở, để in toạ độ GPS, độ cao, hướng và độ chính xác lên ảnh và lưu vào dữ liệu EXIF của ảnh. App không dùng vị trí khi chạy nền. Để hiện địa chỉ, toạ độ được chuyển cho dịch vụ tra địa chỉ có sẵn của Android (trên hầu hết máy do Google cung cấp); bản thân ProofFox không gửi hay lưu vị trí của bạn ở nơi nào khác. Nếu không cấp quyền, ảnh vẫn chụp được nhưng không có vị trí.
Photo codes and signatures
Each photo gets a short code and a digital signature made with a key kept in your phone's secure Android Keystore. The signature is written into the photo file so the app can later check whether the photo was edited. No code, key or photo is sent to us.
VIMỗi ảnh có một mã ngắn và một chữ ký số tạo bằng khoá nằm trong vùng bảo mật Android Keystore của máy. Chữ ký được ghi vào tệp ảnh để sau này app kiểm tra ảnh có bị sửa hay không. Không mã, khoá hay ảnh nào được gửi cho chúng tôi.
Sharing
Photos leave your device only when you share them yourself through the Android share sheet to the app you pick. Shared photos include the stamp and the EXIF location you chose to record.
VIẢnh chỉ rời khỏi thiết bị khi chính bạn chia sẻ qua bảng chia sẻ của Android tới app bạn chọn. Ảnh chia sẻ có kèm dấu và vị trí EXIF mà bạn đã chọn ghi lại.
Advertising (Google AdMob)
The app shows banner, interstitial, app-open and rewarded ads via Google AdMob. Ads are not shown on the camera screen. A rewarded ad can be watched for extra free uses that last 24 hours. AdMob may collect your advertising ID, device information, approximate location and app usage data to serve and measure ads, per Google's privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy. You can opt out of personalized ads in Android Settings → Google → Ads, and, where required, change your choices in Settings → Ad privacy options.
VIApp hiển thị quảng cáo banner, xen kẽ, quảng cáo khi mở ứng dụng và quảng cáo có tặng thưởng qua Google AdMob. Màn hình chụp không có quảng cáo. Bạn có thể xem quảng cáo tặng thưởng để có thêm lượt dùng miễn phí trong 24 giờ. Để phục vụ và đo lường quảng cáo, AdMob có thể thu thập mã quảng cáo, thông tin thiết bị, vị trí ước chừng và dữ liệu sử dụng app, theo chính sách tại policies.google.com/privacy. Bạn có thể tắt quảng cáo cá nhân hoá trong Cài đặt Android → Google → Quảng cáo, và khi cần, thay đổi lựa chọn trong Cài đặt → Tuỳ chọn quyền riêng tư quảng cáo.
Purchases (Google Play)
ProofFox Pro (remove ads) is sold through Google Play. Payment is handled entirely by Google Play; ProofFox only asks Play on your device whether Pro was bought. We never see your payment details.
VIProofFox Pro (bỏ quảng cáo) được bán qua Google Play. Việc thanh toán do Google Play xử lý hoàn toàn; ProofFox chỉ hỏi Play trên máy xem bạn đã mua Pro chưa. Chúng tôi không bao giờ thấy thông tin thanh toán của bạn.
No account required
No sign-in is required. ProofFox works offline except for loading ads, Google Play purchases and looking up street addresses.
VIBạn không cần đăng nhập. ProofFox hoạt động khi không có mạng, trừ việc tải quảng cáo, mua qua Google Play và tra địa chỉ.
Children's privacy
ProofFox is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Data deletion
Delete photos, projects or templates in the app, or uninstall the app to remove its data. Photos already saved in Pictures/ProofFox stay in your gallery until you delete them there.
VIXoá ảnh, dự án hoặc mẫu dấu trong app, hoặc gỡ app để xoá dữ liệu của app. Ảnh đã lưu trong Pictures/ProofFox vẫn nằm trong thư viện ảnh cho tới khi bạn xoá ở đó.
No selling data
DangNH Studio does not sell personal data, photos or locations.
