ToneFox: Frequency & Sound Privacy Policy
This policy applies to DangNH Studio's ToneFox: Frequency & Sound Android app (package com.dangnhstudio.tonefox). ToneFox generates audio frequencies locally on your device without recording audio and is transparent about advertising.
Where your data is stored
Custom frequency presets, volume safety preferences, and settings you create in ToneFox are stored locally on your device using Android DataStore. ToneFox has no remote servers, cloud databases, or backend analytics, and never uploads your settings over the internet.
Zero audio recording — 100% On-device sound synthesis
ToneFox synthesizes audio waveforms (sine, square, triangle, sawtooth, white/pink/brown noise) algorithmically directly in your device's memory (RAM) and outputs them to the audio hardware. The app does NOT access the microphone, does NOT record audio, and never captures ambient sounds. All tone generation is 100% local and offline.
Zero runtime permissions
ToneFox requires zero runtime permissions to operate its core audio features. It does not request microphone access, location, or personal contacts. An optional notification permission on Android 13+ is requested solely to display media playback controls while background audio playback is actively playing.
VIToneFox không yêu cầu bất kỳ quyền runtime nhạy cảm nào để hoạt động. Ứng dụng không xin quyền micro, vị trí hay danh bạ. Quyền thông báo tùy chọn trên Android 13+ chỉ dùng để hiển thị thanh điều khiển phát nhạc khi tính năng phát âm thanh trong nền đang bật.
Advertising (Google AdMob)
ToneFox displays ads via Google AdMob. Where required, Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) asks for your consent before ads are personalized. AdMob may collect your advertising ID (AAID), device identifiers, approximate location, and app interaction data to serve and measure advertisements, subject to Google's Privacy Policy at policies.google.com/privacy. You can review or change your UMP choices in the app's ad privacy options, or manage personalized ads in Android Settings → Google → Ads.
In-App purchases (Google Play Billing)
ToneFox Pro is an optional one-time purchase (product id pro_lifetime) offered through Google Play Billing. Buying Pro permanently removes ads and unlocks unlimited custom presets. All payment processing is handled by Google Play. ToneFox never receives, processes, or stores your financial or credit card information.
Mọi thanh toán do Google Play xử lý. ToneFox không bao giờ nhận, xử lý hay lưu thông tin tài chính hoặc thẻ của bạn.
No account required
No account registration, login, or personal profile is required to use ToneFox. Internet connectivity is used strictly for AdMob advertising, UMP consent, and Google Play purchase verification.
