PadFox: Gamepad & Key Mapper

No root, on this phone

PadFox turns a physical keyboard, gamepad, controller and mouse into touch points on the screen, for touch games, with no root. It connects through the phone's own Wireless Debugging (ADB TLS). A one-time setup wizard pairs once, and PadFox starts automatically when it is needed. The helper service keeps running even when Wi-Fi is turned off. There is no virtual space or container, and no change to game files. The connection stays on the device, and the app works fully offline.

Taps, sticks, swipes, turbo and macros

A control can be a single tap: press to touch once, or hold to keep the finger down. A joystick covers WASD, the arrow keys, or a full analog stick, with tilt and walk or sprint modifiers. A swipe maps one key to a directional swipe, such as a dash, dodge or skill slide. Turbo, also called rapid-fire, holds a key and taps at a speed you set, from 5 to 20 taps per second. A macro chains taps, holds and swipes with a delay you set. FPS mouse aim turns mouse movement into camera control, with left and right click for fire and aim.

Gamepads, and the overlay

Gamepad support covers the D-pad, A/B/X/Y, bumpers, triggers and both analog sticks, including L3 and R3. It works with Xbox, PlayStation, Nintendo Switch, generic Bluetooth and USB OTG gamepads. A real-time key tester checks buttons, stick axes and trigger pressure. Inside a game, a small translucent floating bubble opens a drag-and-drop editor: place buttons on the on-screen controls, and press the physical key to assign one. Faint key labels stay on screen so the bindings stay visible.

VIHỗ trợ tay cầm gồm D-pad, A/B/X/Y, bumper, trigger và cả hai cần analog, kể cả L3 và R3. App dùng được với tay cầm Xbox, PlayStation, Nintendo Switch, Bluetooth thông thường và USB OTG. Bộ thử phím theo thời gian thực kiểm tra nút, trục cần và lực trigger. Trong game, một bong bóng nổi nhỏ trong mờ mở trình sửa kéo thả: đặt nút lên điều khiển trên màn hình, và nhấn phím vật lý để gán. Nhãn phím mờ hiện trên màn hình để các phím gán vẫn nhìn thấy.

Profiles, styles, and Pro

Ready templates cover shooter (FPS), MOBA, racing and action/RPG. PadFox switches profiles when the foreground game changes. Export and import .padfox profile files to back up a layout or share it. Styles are Classic and Liquid Glass, with custom colour palettes. The app is free to use and contains ads. An optional one-time Pro purchase removes all ads and limits. Google Play updated the listing on 31 October 2026, with a 4-step setup checklist, layout previews, one tap to add a layout to an empty game, and clearer messages.
