PaperFox: PDF Scanner & Tools

Scan the page in front of you

PaperFox opens on a scan. Auto edge detection and auto capture can take several pages in one pass. The modes are a document, an ID card with the front and back on one A4 page, a book that splits two facing pages, and photos from the gallery. Crop with draggable corners, then rotate, reorder, duplicate, or delete pages. Filters for paper are Enhanced, Grayscale, Black & White, and Whiteboard, with brightness and contrast. Paper size can be A4, Letter, Legal, A5, or fit, and the quality setting shows a live file-size estimate. Scanning uses Google's document scanner inside Play services. The app does not request the camera permission. It receives only the pages you choose to keep.

Các chế độ là tài liệu, thẻ với mặt trước và mặt sau trên một trang A4, sách tách hai trang đối diện, và ảnh từ thư viện. Cắt bằng các góc kéo được, rồi xoay, sắp lại, nhân bản hoặc xoá trang. Bộ lọc cho giấy là Enhanced, Grayscale, đen trắng và Whiteboard, kèm độ sáng và tương phản. Khổ giấy có thể là A4, Letter, Legal, A5 hoặc vừa khít, và mức chất lượng hiện ước lượng dung lượng ngay. Việc quét dùng trình quét tài liệu của Google trong Play services. App không xin quyền camera. App chỉ nhận những trang bạn chọn giữ.

A signature, and the marks on the page

Draw a signature once and place it on any page. You can add text, an image, or a logo, and you can draw or highlight. Redaction removes the hidden content, rather than covering it with a black box. Page numbers and a watermark of your own can go on the file. Text recognition runs on the device, so a scan can be searched and its text copied. A QR or barcode reader sits in the same set of tools.

Compress a PDF at small, balanced, or high, or aim under a size you set for an upload form. Merge, split, extract, delete, reorder, and rotate pages. Turn images, a Word document, plain text, or a long screenshot into a PDF. A grayscale PDF is there when a print should use less ink. Add or remove a password with AES-256. The password you set encrypts that file and is not stored. Folders can carry a colour and a favourite mark, in a grid or a list. Search covers the file name and the words inside a scan. Multi-select can merge, move, or delete. Trash keeps a document for 30 days. You can open a PDF shared from another app, including one that already has a password.

Đổi ảnh, tài liệu Word, văn bản hoặc ảnh chụp màn hình dài thành PDF. PDF xám dùng khi bản in nên tốn ít mực hơn. Thêm hoặc gỡ mật khẩu bằng AES-256. Mật khẩu bạn đặt dùng để mã hoá tệp đó và không được lưu. Thư mục có thể có màu và dấu yêu thích, dạng lưới hoặc danh sách. Tìm kiếm gồm tên tệp và chữ bên trong bản quét. Chọn nhiều mục để gộp, chuyển hoặc xoá. Thùng rác giữ tài liệu 30 ngày. Bạn có thể mở PDF được chia sẻ từ app khác, kể cả tệp đã có mật khẩu.

On this phone

Documents, recognised text, folders, a saved signature, and settings stay inside the app. PaperFox has no server for them and does not upload them. Export saves to Downloads/PaperFox or leaves through the Android share sheet, and you can print. Before sharing, you can compress, add text recognition, or add a password. The export list keeps the last 30 days. An optional lock stores only a hash of the PIN. Fingerprint or face unlock is handled by Android. Classic and Glass are the two looks, with colour presets and dark mode. The app is in English, Vietnamese, Spanish, and Hindi. There is no account. The free app shows ads. A rewarded ad can remove the small "Made with PaperFox" mark from one exported file. The Play listing also includes in-app purchases. For merge, split, and convert in the browser, PDF Toolkit is the page to open. It is a separate tool from the phone app.

Trang Play cũng có mua hàng trong ứng dụng. Muốn gộp, tách và chuyển tệp trên trình duyệt, hãy mở Bộ công cụ PDF. Đó là công cụ riêng, khác app trên điện thoại.
